By adding, using, or interacting with the StayUp Discord bot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must remove the bot from your server and cease all use immediately.
StayUp provides automated uptime monitoring for third-party Discord bot applications. The Service checks the presence status of designated target bots and delivers notifications via Discord Direct Messages (DMs) or Webhooks upon state changes.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, StayUp is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Hosting interruptions, Discord API outages, or maintenance may temporarily suspend monitoring.
StayUp operates on a tiered model:
We reserve the right to modify the features, limitations, or pricing of any tier at any time without prior notice.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You may not:
You are responsible for the configuration of your monitoring alerts. StayUp is not liable for missed alerts due to misconfigured Webhook URLs, closed DMs, or deleted roles.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall StayUp, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
For questions about these Terms, please contact the developer via the official support server linked in the bot's profile.
